NFi Studios Announces Partnership with SEMA and Hosts Launching of MySEMA and SEMA.ORG.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association members now have access to a new member-only benefit called MySEMA. The powerful MySEMA portal allows members to browse company and user directories, send and receive messages and receive personalized industry content through a variety of media channels. Redesigned by SEMA and website development partner NFi Studios, MySEMA and SEMA.org will continually evolve and adapt to members needs. MySEMA and SEMA.org launched in public beta on March 27th, 2009.

A Brief History of Social Networking Sites

I recently joined LinkedIn.com, a social networking site for business professionals to create and maintain a list of trusted contacts. Sites like LinkedIn are taking the social networking scene by storm. As of May 2007, LinkedIn had over 11 million users spread out among 150 industries that reside in over 400 economic regions (Wikipedia.org).
