Event and Member Registration

Event Registration allows association staff to easily create and manage multiple events and their registration information. Standard event registration information is accepted about the user and their specific session selections. Based on the association’s Event Database, event information may be pre-populated and payments may be accepted if MemberFuse or RealWeb supports the Payment Merchant Services.

Event Registration Features           

  • Event Registration is launched from Event Page, which is accessed from Event Calendar
  • Collects General User Info (or prefilled if user is logged in)
  • Show’s Event options (sessions)
  • May have multiple events sessions for an event
  • Ability to specify pricing for certain user types
  • Member and non-member rates with discount showed to members
  • Payment information accepted
  • Payment processed through existing Merchant Account
  • Event Registration Review Screen / Submit Registration
  • Registration Confirmation Screen/Email (with confirmation number)
  • Registered attendees may be displayed on Event Page
  • After registering, event details may be displayed on User’s Home Page & Profile
  • Assumption: All Event Information/Data will be available and retrieved from AMS or other source

Member Registration fully integrates the association website with available data from the database.  Eliminate the need for duplicate member data from the AMS to the Website.  Allow user’s to register and update their information right on the website.   We utilize Drupal contributed modules to provide a base for integration and communication with the AMS (database).   Develop customized Drupal modules that will allow users to register for membership and events, implementing association's business logic and the use of the Drupal Modules to communicate and integrate the data back to the AMS.

  • Set up and configure roles/permissions from database to the member registration module
  • Ability to update database from data entered on website when member is registering
  • Full Membership signup, payment gateway and processing
  • Renewal membership module implementation
