MACPA & NFi Studios to introduce iMACPA, a powerful new social community for Maryland CPAs
TOWSON, Md., and ORLANDO, Fla. (June 24, 2010) – The Maryland Association of CPAs and NFi Studios have joined forces to build iMACPA, a powerful new social network for Maryland CPAs.
Built upon NFi Studios’ community platform MemberFuse, iMACPA will allow MACPA members to:
-
Connect with CPAs.
-
Build communities around the issues that matter to them.
-
Learn, share and collaborate.
With iMACPA, our members will leverage the collective intelligence of their fellow members; connect with them at a deeper, more meaningful level; and do all of that in a fun, interactive, social setting,” said MACPA Executive Director J. Thomas Hood III, CPA, he goes on to say, "Best of all, it’s free for MACPA members.
iMACPA will be the gateway for MACPA members to enhance collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and support interaction between association members.
The new MACPA community will provide information, tools and resources that CPAs need to be successful and to create a better business environment in the industry. In addition, the community’s rich features will allow members to become increasingly engaged and active within the association simply by sharing important resources with fellow members.
NFi Studios is delighted about this partnership, and looks forward to the Maryland CPA Summit (formerly the MD Biz Expo) on June 28-29 in Baltimore. There, NFi Studios will introduce and demonstrate the online community, which will be made available to MACPA members over the course of the summer.
NFi Studios also will be among the sponsors of Interchange 2010, a conference of state CPA societies, from July 20-23 in Pasadena, Calif. NFi representatives will be on hand to demo the MACPA community and discuss the association-specific benefits of the MemberFuse platform.
NFi Studios is honored to join MACPA to create value and relevance for their members. The innovative leaders on their team and the way their progressive culture make this partnership substantial for our currrent and future solutions. I.MACPA will be a great testiment to how other CPA's can strategically enhance their association with an online community, said Sterling Raphael, President & CEO of NFi Studios.
