doterati is hosting an educational event next Wed, December 10th at 6:00pm at the Orlando Public Library, titled "What Can Web Analytics Do For You?" Customer analysis consultant Jim Novo will be speaking and his background includes generating exceptional returns on customer marketing program investments.
