Client Spotlight: City Arts Factory

The City Arts Factory is the realization of the desire for a space where visual and performing arts can come together in the heart of downtown Orlando. To borrow a phrase, this is ORLANDO. This facility houses five separate art galleries, a classroom, an artists studio and an 8,000 square foot events and performance space on the 2nd Floor. CityArts Factory is the newest arts venue in Orlando and was renovated in 2006 into a state-of-the-art facility housing art from around the world and right here in Central Florida.

The fourth floor serves as home to the Downtown Arts District, and eventually Orlando Film Festival and Downtown Orlando Partnership as well.

“The team at NFi rocks! Thanks to you all of you for your hard work! I especially want to thank Sterling for his support, and Derek Bender for his hard work and great creative eye. I look forward to continue working together to establish a growing art community in Orlando.”

- Chuck Dinkins, Facility Director, City Arts Factory
