Happy New Year from NFi Studios! We have had a phenomenal year! We want to take this opportunity to raise our glasses in a toast to everyone, including our readers, who have contributed to a very successful 2007!

While reviewing our current business trends for 2008, we couldn’t help but notice that there is quite a lot of news from 2007. For instance, we are very excited to be launching MemberFuse™ . MemberFuse™ is a professional networking application for Associations who want to offer powerful education, benchmarking and networking for their members while maintaining overall control of the user-experience, content and analytics. MemberFuse™ is not a social network, rather, MemberFuse™ is a sophisticated tool for maintaining business relationships and adding value to association education programs when unable to attend events. This online community places the power of business networking in your hands - you control who to network with, when you contact them, how to network, and what discussion groups you become involved in.

The one thing for sure we can all count on this year is change. Change incorporates choices. Someone once said, “your thoughts become your choices, your choices become your habits, and your habits become your lifestyle. If you want to change your lifestyle, change your thoughts!” Change, change and more change! A good thing, indeed!

Change is already affecting NFi! With our clients’ timelines being a priority, we brought in Chris Neetz to help and we take this opportunity to welcome him to NFi Studios. A new developer will also be joining NFi in the early days of 2008!

ASAE’s Association Technology Conference & Expo starting January 31st finds a team from NFi traveling to Washington, D.C. Sterling Raphael will be speaking on the subject of “Creating Web-based Communities That Work” NFi will join one hundred exhibitors to showcase and demonstrate cutting-edge technologies and services.

In 2008, “we will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year’s Day,” Edith Lovejoy Pierce. When walking out our writing of this first chapter we will remember these words of wisdom by Robert Fulghum, “The grass is not, in fact, always greener on the other side of the fence. Fences have nothing to do with it. The grass is greenest where it is watered! When crossing over fences, carry water with you and tend the grass wherever you may be.”

In the year before us, we plan to continue moving forward & closer to our hopes and the fulfillment of our dreams So from all of us at NFi to all of you: May this year bring you the achievements hoped for, dreams come true; and much success in every arena of life!
