We're happy to say that we're expanding, thus looking for a great addition to our team, specifically a Project Manager. So hot off the press... here's the job description...

NFi Studios is a creative, interactive and marketing agency located Downtown Orlando, Florida. We are an experienced team of highly ambitious and talented developers, designers and marketers. We produce Social Media and Mobile web applications, and develop in PHP, Zend, MySQL, and Apache.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day activities of Production team
  • Ensure the proper project management procedures and policies are in place for an efficient process and quality results. This includes developing the tools to measure the efficiency of the system and the quality/profitability of results.
  • Identify client/prospect business requirements, be able to produce Work Order scope and project requirements, and translate them into manageable tickets for the Production Team to work from
  • Manage and conduct quality control processes
  • Be familiar with current industry standards and competitive initiatives to ensure NFi's leadership in products and services.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years Project Management Experience
  • Advanced Organizational or Project Management Skills
  • Strong general knowledge of web development, design and marketing principals (ability to code or design not required)
  • Strong general knowledge of computers, browser compliance, the Internet
  • Advanced Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Advanced Problem Solving Skills (ability to think outside the box)
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects, Clients, and Team Members in Dynamic Environment
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in small team, non-corporate, environments
  • Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Zend, Apache, MVC Pattern
  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Knowledge of Social Media and Mobile technologies
  • Knowledge of Basecamp, Trac, or similar ticketing/project management tools
  • Experience in the non-profit, or Association Industry
  • Basic Sales or Business Development Experience
